Payment Options Provided
The following is the list of the payment options we provide on our Site. Delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout prior to completing the order.
Cash Payment
If you are picking up your order directly from the store, you may choose to pay by cash during the check-out process. Payment will then be due at time of pick up.
Cardless (Mobile) Payment
You can pay using a third-party payment processing provider service like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc. To do so, choose the necessary payment option at checkout.
Card Payment
We accept cards with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express symbol.
Keeping your online payments secure is our number one priority. That means you might need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure to complete your transaction. Contact your bank to learn more about 3D Secure authentication.
Encrypted Transactions
Christian Connection guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
You will be charged when we ship your order.
If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Your card will not be charged until we start processing your order.
If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

SHIPPING POLICY
You can either pick up your product directly from the store or we can ship it to you!
PICK UP
When you place your order, you can specify a date and time of when you will pick up your order. If you need same day pick up, please give us 1 hour to prepare your order for pick up. If you need immediate assistance, please call us at (815) 899-3262 and we will do our best to reasonably accommodate your request. Your order will be available for pick up at our front counter.
Please be aware that orders needing same day pick-up must be made prior to 4:00 p.m. CST. Orders may be picked up at:

If you need curbside delivery, please park in front of the store and contact us at (815) 899-3262. We will be happy to run your order out to you.
SHIPPING
We offer multiple shipping options for your convenience. We ONLY ship in the United States.
You may choose your shipping option during the check-out process. We will ship your products by U.S.P.S., UPS or FedEx based on the selection you make. Please allow two (2) days to process your order. We process orders Monday through Friday. Any orders processed after 4:00 p.m. CST will be deferred to the next business day.
Once your product has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided during the check-out process. Emails will be delivered from christianconnection@comcast.net.
Delivery time for your package will be based on when you placed your order and the shipping method you indicated at time of purchase.
